Last week, the BACC had the pleasure of holding a ribbon cutting for Inclusive Fitness to welcome them to their new location and the Burlington community. Inclusive Fitness offers sensory-friendly workouts for autistic and neurodivergent teens and adults. They provide expert coaching, adaptive strength training, and a structured, supportive environment.
Inclusive Fitness was founded by Greg and Kristina Austin, parents of an autistic young man, who believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality fitness designed for their needs. They created Inclusive Fitness to offer a welcoming space where neurodivergent athletes can build real strength – for life, not just the gym.
Their environment is intentionally designed for comfort, with sensory-friendly features and carefully selected equipment that supports every athlete’s success. By combining evidence-based training with deep empathy, expertise, and a tailored sensory-friendly space, Inclusive Fitness is lowering barriers and raising the bar – so every athlete has the chance to thrive.
