Since 2001, Sonia Rollins has been a Realtor working with EXIT Premier Real Estate. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their real estate goals with resounding success. Her belief in the value of homeownership drives her to guide and educate - effectively empowering those she works with to make well-informed decisions. Her clients are her priority and she is dedicated to walking them through the entire process from the initial meeting to the closing table.

With over 24 years of experience, she is honored to have earned multiple top producer awards, ranking in the Top 100 of EXIT Realty International and the Top 5 of EXIT Realty New England.

Sonia specializes in white-glove service. She surrounds herself with seasoned professionals to assist in all aspects of her client’s deals. Always looking to elevate the client experience, she formed Sonia Rollins & Associates in 2021 and serves as the team leader of the group. The team works collectively to deliver exceptional results in every phase of a transaction. In an ever-changing real estate market, their attention to detail and honest communication are the cornerstones of their success in building strong relationships and helping buyers and sellers.

Sonia has a love for community service and believes in giving back in the areas of which she works and lives in. She has served in a variety of capacities both as an elected official and an appointed member of Burlington Boards as well as a volunteer for many local non-profit organizations.
