BURLINGTON, MA — Holy Cow Ice Cream Cafe has opened a store in Burlington, marking its fifth in the state. The new shop is at 19 Third Ave. in the 3rd Ave shopping and dining district.
"It's a vibrant area that we're thrilled to join," Founder Mike Schifino said. Holy Cow currently has locations in Peabody, Salem, Dennis Port, and Gloucester. The Burlington store opened May 23.
Schifino discussed why he chose Burlington as a new location for Holy Cow. "Burlington's dynamic community and the lively atmosphere of 3rd Ave make it an ideal location for us," he said. "We're eager to bring our award-winning, small-batch ice cream to a new audience and become a sweet spot for both locals and visitors."
